For theSkimm’s How to Skimm Your Life, a #1 New York Times Bestseller, the creative direction was centered on extending the brand’s signature voice into a tangible, engaging experience. The project spanned a comprehensive range of branding and marketing efforts, starting with the design for the book, translating theSkimm’s approachable style into a 256-page, full-color hardcover that simplifies the complexities of adulthood—from personal finance to career advice.

This effort involved directing a photoshoot to produce compelling key art and a sizzle video, setting the tone for the digital marketing campaign and social content. A dedicated landing page was created to drive book sales and ticketing for a 10-city U.S. book tour. The tour featured immersive environmental design, with custom signage, lanyards, and branded drink tickets, enhancing the event experience. Additional elements included designing influencer book boxes, ensuring every touchpoint was consistent with theSkimm’s engaging and informative brand presence.
